The introduction of NanShan Medical devices Industrial Park
 

       With the great support of the People’s Government of Shenzhen NanShan District, Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality , Science, Industry, Trade and Information Technology Commission of Shenzhen Municipality , and Drug Administration of Shenzhen Municipality as well, NanShan Medical devices Industry Park(Incubator) was jointly planned and constructed by Mega-Surplus Real Estate (ShenZhen)Co., Ltd ；ShenZhen Mega-Surplus Incubator Management Co., Ltd and ShenZhen NanShan Hi-Tech Incubator；Shenzhen Association of Medical Devices in 2005.
 

      NanShan Medical devices Industry Park(Incubator) started building in 2005, and completed and opened for using in 2006. The current built-up area is about 60000 ㎡, covering a land of 20000 ㎡. The architectural design of the park, on a principle of Neo-rationalism, emphasizes on the close integration of ration and logic ，and uses the simple geometrical shape in structure built on the basis of historic, pregnant with a historical connotation of Shenzhen’ 20 years--development. The architectural construction, which is simple, stylish, elegant and modern, becomes the one of large scale and high grade professional parks in NanShan district to provide the medical technology enterprises with a modern workplace for both production and research.

 

      NanShan Medical devices Industry Park (incubators) is located in the cross of NanHai Road and Industrial 3rd Road. It offers a rather convenient return trip between ShenZhen and HongKong for a location of five-minute living radius on the sea world and a direct radiation effect from its business circle. The park stands at an open space between the NanHai Road and the South-Mountain, thus you can enjoy the mountains and ocean view, fully integrated into the life style of SheKou.
  

      There are two office buildings in the first-stage construction of the park. The second to fifth floors are office buildings, leading provider of 800-5000 ㎡ office space; First floor as a business display site provides asserted services to business and exhibition space. The park is supported with foundational facilities and adequate energy supply, which including a parking lot, a business center, a multi-functional conference center, dormitory and other asserted services, etc. The park management also uses a modern intelligent control system, mainly including the CCTV central monitoring system, which can achieve real-time monitoring over outside and inside of the property； the electronic patrolling system to enhance the patrol of internal& external corners and exits and entrances; the car park management system, which is able to achieve dynamic control over the park, automatic charging , anti- loss and other kinds of management. In addition, telephone, broadband networks, cable television and other weak electricity system have been fixed to response to customers’ requirements.

 

       There are more than 30 medical technology and drug industrial enterprises in the park now, approximately with an annual production value of 2 billions USD. The ShenZhen Municipal government has awarded the park as one of the first batch of “Characteristics industrial parks”. A professional team has been organized to manage the park and incubator, to provide many aspects of green channel services, including educational training; talents exchanges; intellectual property transactions; the application, approval, certification for high-tech projects and high-tech enterprises;, technology contracts identified; identification of high-tech achievements; application of special government funds and Incubator Fund; registration of trademarks; and capitals transplantations as well.
